Features multiple steam-powered functions. Standard Steam uses steam as main heat source to cook food with the convection fan ensuring steam is evenly distributed. Steam 266°F uses steam and variable temperatures to heat precooked and frozen foods. Tru Convection Steam uses steam to initially cook the food then transitions to convection. Steam Clean mode uses 15 minutes of steam to loosen baked on grease and food for easy cleanup.
Includes multiple traditional cooking modes. TruConvection for uses heat from rear element along with air movement to provide even baking. TruConvection Broil uses heat from the lower, upper and rear elements for consistent browning. Convection Broil uses broil mode along with air movement for grill-style searing and browning. Broil mode uses heat from upper element for foods normally cooked on a grill.
Enables cooking without having to set the oven manually. Temperatures and times are automatically set according to the recipe selected. Recipes can be user edited.
AutoStart automatically starts cooking at a scheduled time and AutoStop turns off the oven when the set cooking time ends (up to 12 hours), providing convenient, hands-free operation.
Enhances traditional cooking modes like Tru Convec, Broil, and Convection Broil by adding moisture during cooking to prevent food from drying out, ensuring juicier, more flavorful results.
